FAQ’S Q. How many guests can I invite? A. For the Club Classic you may 21 total kids. For the Club School Time you may have 16 total kids. Kids under 12 months and anyone over the age of 18 can come and play free and are not considered as part of the guest count.
Q. What if I have more than kids than the package allows? A. You will be charged $7.00 per extra child attending the party.
Q. Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc? A. Yes, we are here to help! We also will clean up for you. We want you to enjoy your child's party!
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers? A. Because we have gone to great expense to professionally decorate our party rooms, we ask that nothing be hung on the walls. Also, no confetti or silly string will be allowed. If you use them, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
Q. Can I bring in my own food? A. The only food you CAN bring in is a store purchased cake/cupcakes and ice cream. You may also bring your own drinks. State regulations do not allow homemade food products to be served in the facility.
Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults? A. No alcohol is allowed in our children's facility.
Q. When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza, balloons or goodie bags? A. We will automatically call you the night before your party. At that time, we expect you to have a final headcount. The pizza company requires our orders the night before.
Q. What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza order with you? A. Once you give us your numbers the night before, your order has been placed and cannot be changed on the day of your party. You will be charged for whatever number of kids you give us for pizza. However, you will not be charged for kids that were confirmed but didn’t show up.
Q. How early should I arrive before my party? A. You should arrive about 10 minutes before the start of your party and have your guest arrive 5 minutes early. There is another party in our facility, so arriving early will make no difference. It is best to have as little time as possible for the kids to need to wait.
Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake? A. Candles and drinks if you are not having pizza.
Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family? A. No. All family members can be on the same waiver. We have extras at the building in case someone forgets theirs.
Q. What else should I bring to my party? A. You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair.
Q. Am I allowed to tip the Party Coaches? A. Absolutely, if you feel that any member of our staff did an outstanding job in helping your party run smoothly and organized or went above and beyond in serving your guests, please feel free to tip.
Q. Will I be charged for infants and small children attending the party? A. Any child that is mobile and is taking an active part in the party (i.e. jumping, eating, receiving goodie bags & pucker powder) will be added to the guest list of the party.
Q. What do I have to do to reserve a party time? A. All of our packages require a $50.00 deposit (no times are held without a deposit). This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits can be taken with cash, check or credit card.
Q. Is my deposit refundable? A. No, all party deposits are non-refundable. However, if you would like to move your party or schedule a party for a different child, the deposit is transferable to the new party within 30 days of the original party.
Q. How many parties will be going on at the time of my party? A. ONE!! Our party packages include PRIVATE use of our facility. There may be a party in the celebration room, one in the play arena and one in the waiting area but they rotate such that there is no co-mingling of the parties. One jumper in our inflatable arena solely belongs to our Club Girly Girl and Furry Friends Factory Parties only. On certain occasions a small party might be occupying that jumper for 15 minutes, however, a gate will be put up so there is no mingling in the remainder of the arena.
Q. If I need to cancel my party, how much notice do you need? A. You must cancel your party 7 days in advance in order to pay only the $50.00 deposit fee. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance without rescheduling you will be charged the full party amount. You will receive a cancellation number when you cancel, be sure to keep this for verification purposes. |
